Over 30 years of experience in the field of psychology enables me to offer effective, individualized, psychological care. I address a number of mental health, relationship and life event concerns in a supportive manner with individuals, couples, and families.
My practice involves helping people navigate the challenges life presents us. I am committed to empowering teenagers, adults, and couples to find their strengths, see possibilities and achieve their goals. Drawing on my years of experience as a therapist, teacher, wife, mother, and Christian, I strive to help people create healthy relationships, manage stress, cope with grief, overcome anxiety, trauma and depression as well as achieve personal, career and spiritual growth. I have worked as a therapist and/or teacher at several schools and universities. Locally, I have worked as a counselor at Embry-Riddle University, Daytona Beach Community College Women's Center and Ormond Beach Counseling Center.
